Our meats are locally butchered in a licensed establishment.

Beef and pork (Whole and half) are ordered ahead of time and a cut sheet will be provided so that you can select exactly how your meat is cut and wrapped. Weights vary slightly from one animal to the next and prices are according to hanging weight.

Monthly subscriptions will be available soon through our online shop and will include beef, pork, chicken, microgreens and when avaialable, seasonnally fresh fruits and vegetables.
